Vision7 proudly stands behind their applications and services. Warranty and support for the products that we develop is usually included in the fixed bid contracts.
To manage support issues we use an online ticket management system. You can either send an email to support@vision7.com to request help or log into Customer Support Center to see the status of your current issues, or request support for a new issue.
If you alrady have an hourly agreement in place you can also request enhancments to your site or application through submitting a ticket in our Customer Support Center.
